What it is

Haeundae Blueline Park was built on the old Donghae Nambu coastal railway between Mipo and Songjeong. Two attractions run side by side along the same seafront route:

• Sky Capsule — small, brightly coloured four-person pods that glide on an elevated track a few metres above the ground, moving slowly so you can take in the coastline. Pods are private, so it’s popular with couples, families, and anyone who wants photos without a crowd.
• Beach Train — an open, panoramic-window train that runs the full route at ground level. It’s cheaper, carries more people, and is the practical way to cover the longer stretch down to Songjeong.

The route

The line links three main stops along the coast: Mipo (near Haeundae Beach), Cheongsapo (a small fishing village with the red-and-white lighthouses and the Cheongsapo Daritdol Skywalk), and Songjeong (a relaxed surf beach at the far end). The Sky Capsule runs the shorter, most scenic Mipo–Cheongsapo section; the Beach Train continues on to Songjeong.
